By creating an account with 01phtaya, depositing funds, or accessing any game, sports betting market, or promotional offer on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or continue using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 01phtaya. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All account transactions at 01phtaya are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The supported payment channels available to Philippine members currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Available methods are subject to change and may vary by account status.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and may be adjusted periodically. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 01phtaya may request supporting documents — including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method — before processing any transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your 01phtaya account. Third-party payments are not permitted. Funds deposited by one method may, at 01phtaya's discretion, be required to be withdrawn using the same method or an equivalent verified channel.
Important: 01phtaya does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.
Deposits credited to your account in error — whether due to a system issue or otherwise — remain the property of 01phtaya. You must notify support immediately if you notice an unexpected credit. Failure to report an erroneous deposit and any attempt to wager or withdraw such funds may result in account suspension and legal action.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time of launch. These terms always take precedence over general bonus rules stated here.
Unless the specific promotion page states otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all 01phtaya offers:
- Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
- Time limit: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame specified on the promotion page. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are forfeited automatically.
- Game eligibility: Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, and other categories may contribute at different percentage rates. These rates will be detailed on the promotion page or in the associated terms document.
- One active bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus balance.
- Abuse prevention: 01phtaya reserves the right to cancel bonus eligibility and void related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any form of collusion.
All bonus decisions made by 01phtaya are final. If you have a question about a specific promotion, contact support before participating rather than after claiming, as misunderstandings about terms cannot be used as grounds for a dispute once an offer is activated on your account.
Prohibited Conduct and Account Integrity
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
- Accessing 01phtaya using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to mask or misrepresent your true location.
- Allowing another person to operate your account or sharing your credentials with any third party.
- Placing bets using funds that originate from illegal activities or attempting to use the platform to launder money.
- Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to exploit any technical fault, error, or loophole in the platform software or games.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the platform in any way without the express written consent of 01phtaya.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or other activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event or game result.
01phtaya employs fraud detection, identity verification, and anti-money laundering procedures in compliance with applicable regulations. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review, and transactions may be held pending the outcome of that review. 01phtaya will cooperate fully with regulatory authorities and law enforcement in relation to any suspicious activity.
Betting Rules and Bet Settlement
All bets placed on 01phtaya are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question. For sports betting markets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or official source. 01phtaya reserves the right to delay settlement while awaiting official confirmation.
Key general betting rules include:
- A bet is only confirmed once it appears in your bet history with a confirmed bet reference number. If you do not receive confirmation, do not assume the bet was accepted.
- Bets placed after an event has started — unless specifically offered as a live/in-play market — are void and the stake will be returned.
- If a game or sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport-specific rules, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise.
- In the event of a palpable error in odds — including prices that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or data feed error — 01phtaya reserves the right to cancel or amend affected bets after settlement.
- Maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are published in the betting rules section and may differ across sports, leagues, and bet types.
01phtaya's decisions regarding bet settlement are final. Disputes must be raised with customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event result being declared. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly but members should cease play immediately upon making the request rather than waiting for confirmation.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Account Closure and Termination
You may close your 01phtaya account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed, and any funds remaining in your account wallet above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts under active review may be placed on hold until the review is resolved.
01phtaya reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions; the account has been inactive for an extended period; we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; or if continued operation of the account would create a risk to other members or to the integrity of the platform.
In the event of account closure initiated by 01phtaya due to a breach of these Terms, funds generated through prohibited conduct — including winnings derived from bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited wagering strategies — will be forfeited. Verified deposits made in good faith will be returned subject to regulatory obligations.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the conditions of 01phtaya's operating licence. Any dispute arising from your use of the 01phtaya platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified in 01phtaya's licence conditions.
If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you must first submit your concern in writing to 01phtaya support. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as described in your welcome communication.
These terms represent the entire agreement between you and 01phtaya regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and warranties. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
